Women’s Sexual Health
Women’s sexual health issues are sometimes referred to as Female Sexual Dysfunction (FSD). FSD is an umbrella term that incorporates a wide range of health issues that detrimentally affect the health of an individual and often their partner. Historically these issues have been rife with misconceptions and underdiagnosis. Only now is the physiological basis of many these issues starting to be understood. Fortunately, this has led to the development of significant new treatments over the recent years.
